Cultures

Is what binds communities and creates a shared identity, In the inward looking era of social media we seek to empower people to look around out to what is interesting fun good across the world and not just what you are familiar with . Culture in our view is everything from the low brow to the hi brow.

Cuisine

Food what binds family and in some cultures define the community, We have put food as a goal not because we the founders are hungry ghosts but often enough food is the easiest entry point to another culture.

Community

The Cafe will employ those with disabilities , The Cafe will stretch those with disabilities because the Cafe will not only serve but will be Ambassadors for the Cultures on display.

Creatives

We believe we cant create or manage creativity , we believe that sometimes chaos is good and in the lab space, art space we provide we hope there is cross fertilisation and cross inspiration of cultures.

Social Entrepreneurship

We aim to create small food businesses with our cafe based around the food lab, The food lab seeks to remenber recipes before they are lost, and histories before they are forgotten, the little histories of our everyday stomachs.

Conservation

Is not only about green and sustainable but also about lost stories and lost arts across small villages across SEA and the world We seek to conserve those legacies .

We cooperate wtih governments at all level, national regional and local to tell the stories of unqiue cultures and identities to a globalised world.

Aggregating various stakeholders in the Culture and Social Disabilty Space . Embassies, Culture and Arts specific groups will work toegther with Social Disabilty groups in this space

2. Cloud Kitchens and F&B Business Center

Our cloud kitchens and social cafe serve as labs for seeing what new foods or old foods or old foods mixed with new foods meet the taste buds of our customers in the social cafe. Whilst cafes stay constant in their menus , the only constant in our social cafe is change from collisions. South American Cuisine mixed with Peranakan ??????????, we never know till we try because Peranakan , Hainanese British Cuisine were all cultural mixes.

EXPERIMENTAL KITCHEN

Making professional cooking facilities available for training industry practicsioners and amateur chefs in lost and dying food cecipes.

CLOUD KITCHENS and Social Cafes

Kitchens for trying out new recipes and new dishes in collaboration with our social cafe, With a Cloud Kitchen new F n B ideas can be tested, The cafe remains innovative with a constanrt inflow of new ideas and new dishes

INDUSTRY TIE-UPS

Aggregating various stakeholders in the Food and Beverage sector in one space to facilitate and encourage industry collaborations for novel and innovative outcomes. You can share in the results of the taste test.

F&B BUSINESS & STARTUP INCUBATION AND ACCELERATION

Taping on our network of investors, training providers and support services, we aim to support would be entrepreneurs as well as seasoned food and beverage businesses to set up, spin-off, digitise, scale as well as develop new markets and opportunities.

A cafe operated and run by the local community and volunteers. Providing innovative , tasty and affordable meals, as well as a hang out space for events and programs to promote meaningful interactions!

LIFESTYLE GOODS & SERVICES

Offering a wide range of traditional arts and crafts in conjunction with specific cultures so as to support and give back to the community from which the culture came.

ARTS, CULTURE, HERITAGE PROMOTION

Spaces where we preserve, cultivate promote the arts, culture and heritage of the local region and peoples living in the area. Activities such as exhibitions, performances and events that engage the surrounding communities.

POP-UP SHOPS/ COTTAGE INDUSTRIES

A means to develop within unique cultures and histories the ability to tell and sell their cottage industries with pop up shops thus helping to preserve their unique stories

Collaborative enterprises using the lab as a launch pad to work together with larger enterprises and larger global organisations
